  • Experience in real estate, shareholder, and contract enforcement disputes, as well as in contractual and non-contractual liability, with notable advisory work for airlines.
  • Constitutional litigation and amparo proceedings, including motions for contradiction of precedent and petitions for discretionary review before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
  • Participation in pro bono initiatives, collaborating with the Mexican Bar Foundation and contributing to the strategic partners’ manual of the National Network against Gender-Based Violence (REVIMX).
