He has extensive experience in litigation arising from class actions brought by various institutions, including the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), as well as in representing clients against the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF) and the National Commission of Medical Arbitration (CONAMED).

He has represented both individuals and legal entities—domestic and foreign—in civil and commercial disputes before judicial courts, including oral, summary, and ordinary proceedings, requests for injunctive relief, moral damages claims, and amparo proceedings.
